INGREDIENTS
⇨ 2 CUP WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR ( I HAVE USED MEASURING CUP )
⇨ 226 GRAM OR 8OZ BUTTER( AT ROOM TEMPERATURE)
⇨ 2 TSP BAKING POWDER
⇨ 1/4 TSP BAKING SODA
⇨ 1 1/2 CUP CHOPPED WALNUT
⇨ SUGAR 2CUP
⇨ VANILLA EXTRACT 2TSP
⇨ MILK POWDER
NOTE :INSTEAD OF SUGAR YOU CAN USE CONDENSED MILK 400GRAMS (14OZ).
FOR DECORATION
⇨ SힼOME WALNUTS.
METHOD
↪ IN A BOWL MIX BUTTER, SUGAR, VANILLA EXTRACT AND WHISK IT FOR 5MIN.
↪ IN ANOTHER BOWL MIX ALL DRY INGREDIENTS. THAN SLOWLY MIX DRY INGREDIENTS TO WET. GENTLY MIX THE BATTER AND↪WHISK IT FOR 2MIN.
↪ PREHEAT THE OVEN AT 350DEGREE FERENHEIT OR 190 DEGREE CELSIUS FOR 5MINUTE . LINE THE BAKING POT WITH THE HELP OF BUTTER PAPER OR SPRINKLE SOME ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
↪ POUR THE BATTER IN CAKE POT.
↪ BAKE THE CAKE FOR 40 TO 45 MINUTES OR UNLESS A TOOTHPICK INSERTED IN THE CAKE COMES OUT CLEAN. MINE TOOK EXACTLY 45MIN.( BUT KEEP CHECKING AFTER 35 MIN BECAUSE EVERY OVEN KEEP VARY AS PER THE POWER).
↪ WHEN DONE TAKE IT OUT AND KEEP IT REST FOR 5 MINS. THAN DEMOLD IT AND COOL ON THE COOLING RACK.DECORATE WITH SOME WALNUTS.
↪ ONCE COMPLETELY COOLED DOWN CUT IT IN PIECES.
