ORIGIN OF MAGGI Noodles
Maggi is an international brand of seasonings, instant soups, and noodles that originated in Switzerland in late 19th century. The Maggi company was acquired by Nestlé in 1947.
The company originated in Switzerland in 1884, when Julius Maggi took over his father's mill. He quickly became a pioneer of industrial food production, aiming to improve the nutritional intake of worker families. Maggi was the first to bring protein-rich Legume meals to the market, and followed up with a ready-made soup based on legume meals in 1886. After that Julius Maggi introduced bouillon concentrates, first in capsules, then in cubes. In 1897, Julius Maggi founded the company Maggi GmbH in Singen, Germany.

2. 1/4 TSP MUSTARD SEEDS
3. 1TSP COOKING OIL
4. SALT
5. 1CUP WATER
6. ONION {CHOPPED}
7. TOMATOES { CHOPPED}
8. SMALL GREEN CHILLI
9. CAPSICUM
10. MAGGI BRICK
NOTE: YOU CAN ADD YOUR CHOICE OF VEGETABLES LIKE {GREEN PEAS, CARROT, BROCCOLI ETC }
METHOD FOR INDIAN TADKA MAGGI
1. IN A DEEP THICK BOTTOM PAN. HEAT 1TSP OIL. ADD CUMIN SEEDS, MUSTARD SEEDS.WAIT FOR FEW SECONDS. NOW ADD CHOPPED ONIONS SAUTE IT TILL ONIONS GET LIGHT BROWN. THEN ADD TOMATOES AND WAIT FOR 2-3 MINUTES. IN THE END ADD CAPSICUM SAUTE IT FOR 2 MINUTES.
2. NOW ADD WATER IN THE SAUTE VEGETABLES. WAIT FOR FEW MINUTES TILL WATER BOILS THEN ADD MAGGI , MASALA AND SALT.
WAIT FOR 5MINUTS AND YOUR MAGGI MASALA IS READY TO EAT.
YUMMY AND DELICIOUS VEGETABLE MAGGI IS READY SERVE HOT HOT MAGGI WITH RED WINE OR ANY OTHER DRINK OF YOUR CHOICE.
