SPINACH PASTA

                    SPINACH PASTA 


1. OLIVE OIL  2TBSP
2. 2 CUP PASTA
3. 1/2 YELLOW BELL PEPPER
4. 1/2 RED BELL PEPPER
5. 1/2 GREEN BELL PEPPER 
6. 1/2 ONION CHOPPED
7. 1/2 CUP CORN( I  USED FROZEN )
8. 1TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE
9. 3 TOMATOES.
10. ITALIAN SEASONINGS
11. SALT (ACCORDING TO YOUR TASTE)
12. BROCALI (1CUP)
13. 500GRAM  OF SPINACH.
14. 1BAY LEAF 
15. 1/2 CUP MOZZARELLA  CHEESE
            

                         METHOD

1. BOIL 4CUPS  OF  WATER IN A SAUCE PAN ADD 1TBSP OF COOKING OIL. BOIL PASTA AS WRITTEN ON BOX.

2. MEANWHILE, HEAT WATER AND BLANCH THE SPINACH AND CUT IT ROUGHLY.

3. TAKE A PAN ADD 2TBSP OF OLIVE OIL ( YOU CAN USE ANY COOKING OIL).  ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE. SAUTE IT FOR FEW SECONDS THEN ADD 1 BAY LEAF. ADD CHOPPED ONIONS. SAUTE ONION TILL IT GET LIGHT BROWN.

4. AFTER SAUTÉING ONION  ADD CHOPPED  TOMATOES STIR TOMATOES TILL OIL SEPARATES. ADD BELL PEPPER ( GREEN IS ALSO FINE ) ADD BROCCOLI, CORN (YOU CAN USE YOUR CHOICE  OF VEGETABLE).STIR VEGETABLES FOR 5MIN TO 7MINS.

5. MIX  BOILED PASTA AND ALL VEGETABLES  TOGETHER. ADD SEASONINGS AND SALT ACCORDING TO YOUR TASTE. ADD SPINACH AND MOZZARELLA CHEESE MIX IT PROPERLY.

6. GARNISH WITH  MORE CHEESE.

7. SERVE HOT HOT PASTA
