MOIST AND FLUFFY VANILLA CAKE

                                                                                                    

           INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup all purpose flour /wheat flour (multi grain is also fine)
  •  4oz (113 gram) butter (room temperature) 
  • 1tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1tsp baking powder 
  • pinch of baking soda
  • 6 oz(117ml) sweet condensed milk
  •  walnut, almonds, dates(optional)

         TOPPINGS 

  •  walnuts
  •  almonds

         How to start 


       1. preheat the oven for 350°F (176°C) for 5minutes grease the cake pot with the help of butter.

       2. Beat the butter and sweet condensed milk in a large bowl on medium speed for about 2min Scrape down the sides  of the bowl.

       3. Then add wheat flour/all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder whisk it slowly you can  add milk if you want than after whisking for 5min add vanilla extract than add walnut, dates almonds.

       4. check the pouring consistency of cake batter.

       5. pour the cake mix in the greasing pot.Topping with nuts

       6. after 45 min check the cake with the help of toothpick.

       7.  Remove the cake from oven and allow to cool for 3-5 minutes.

       8. lastly cut the cake in small pieces and enjoy healthy vanilla cake and this cake is also good for   kids.
